Description Summary Assists Commercial Relationship Managers with overall management of portfolio relating to customer service, maintaing customer relationships, sales and asset quality and assists loan officers in maintaining credit quality standards of portfolio by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Reviews loan documentation prepared by another area and schedules loan closings with customers

Assist customers in day to day transactions such as transfers from one account to another and advances on lines of credit

Pulls monthly reports to assist officer in maintaining accounts, future maturities and past dues

Assists officer in getting updated financial information and forwarding information to the credit file

Engages attorneys to do the loan closing; works closely with attorneys to make sure loan documentation on the front and back end are correct

Orders proper appraisals and phase I environmental if needed

Pulls monthly exception report to keep exceptions below standards. Sends information to proper area to be cleared

Provides proactive customer service relating to problem resolution and specific customer requests

Prepares appropriate portion of loan documents with appropriate party and schedules closings for customer

Monitors loan portfolio for renewal dates and coordinates renewal documents (internal and external)

Closes and completes loan packages

Assists in tracking and collecting current financial statements for portfolio

Checks for existing exceptions that need to be cleared and works with appropriate party to clear exceptions when needed

Prepares loan commitments and loan agreements

Prepares draws on Lines of Credit and construction loans

Responsible for quoting payoffs to the title companies when requested

May prepare loan documents ready to deliver to the attorney’s office for closing

Answers questions regarding closing requirements

Secondary duties

Assists officer with other duties as needed

Assists the customer

Answer customer calls which may require research

Answers routine questions and handles problems for customers

Assists loan officers in other duties as needed

At certain locations, CCAs may be expected to assist Private Bankers in providing administrative support and full-service banking to existing high net-worth clients

Education and/or Experience High school diploma and one to three years banking experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Other Skills and Abilities Knowledge of or ability to learn Commercial Account Analysis, Commercial Loan Systems, and Commercial Loan Policy

Computer Skills Ability to learn or knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint; Ability to learn or knowledge of Outlook email program

Working knowledge of applicable software which may include Salespro; R/DARS and other information systems

Knowledge of or ability to learn internal bank reporting systems
