Description Summary: Responsible for maintaining the credit quality standards set forth by senior management ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and the banks security interest is protected by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Analyzes the exception reports to correct documentation errors
Works with the lending staff to ensure the banks interested is protected
Corrects all errors made by the lending staff
Acts as liaison between Hancock Bank and customers with outside attorneys to correct documentation errors

Must be a documentation expert
Must possess a complete understanding of all state and federal requirements for loans
Must have full knowledge of all regulatory requirements
Must have full knowledge of the loan process

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills

B, Reg. CC, Reg. O, Reg. Z) Certification in HMDA Compliance Certification in CRA, RESPA, RMR Regulations
