Immediate need for an exceptional legal assistant to join a busy transactional practice group. Prior corporate transactions experience is preferred but our client may be willing to train a smart and dynamic legal secretary/ paralegal with 2+ years experience that possesses superior software skills. A stable work history and excellent references are a MUST! The ideal candidate will have both paralegal and secretarial experience.
