This well established law firm in the Lafayette area is in need of a paralegal with experience in insurance defense, preferably med mal experience and trial experience. Will be using Word Perfect and also working in excel from time to time. Will be handling drafting of discovery responses and pleadings, summarizing medical records and depositions, and reports as well. Needs someone who can work with little supervision and can work in a team environment. Excellent writing skills and grammar are very important. Lots of scheduling and phone time involved. This position will support 2 attorneys and 2 legal secretaries. Become a part of this Dynamic team! Language Requirements: English
