Attorney The candidate will counsel management on all aspects of business including entity establishment, company policies and ! procedures, compliance and regulations, contracts, claims and litigation, through internal and external counsel and advisors. Will prepare and examine contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, etc. Provide legal advice to an organization. Prepare resolutions and forms, and participate in major legal actions. Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks. Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations. Interpret customer needs, assesses requirements and identify solutions to non-standard requests. Use best practices and knowledge of internal/external business issues to improve products or services in own discipline. Monitor and control costs within own work. Manage own time to meet agreed targets. Develop plans for short-term work activities in own a! rea.
The candidate should have a Law degree from accr! edited law school. Should be licensed to practice law. Must have 2-10 years of relevant experience. Should have litigation experience with knowledge and skills in construction law and construction contracting.
