Recruitment - sourcing and staffing qualified legal personnel
Sales - marketing and procurement of a strong! client base
Account management - developing, maintaining and deepening client relationships
The ideal candidate must possess a competitive spirit and desire to succeed as demonstrated by prior accomplishments in sales, recruiting, academics and work ethic. Additionally, the candidate must have ability to think analytically and be able to influence attorneys and decision makers in law practices.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2+ years of successful track record in Business to Business sales
Strong written/oral communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
College degree preferred
Recruiting/Legal Staffing experience preferred
Computer and Microsoft application proficient
Energetic and willing to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
