Conducts real estate administration activities for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate. Coordinates broker, attorney, and land use activities. Schedu! les and monitors zoning package. Ensures real estate acquisition costs and time frames are within established budgets and construction schedules. Coordinates information with attorneys on general liability and environmental issues. Strong knowledge of real estate escrow processes, appraisal, lease law and administration of lease contracts. Manages market studies, lease negotiations and determination of client business needs. Works on problems of scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgement within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Typically reports to a 2nd Level Manager. SUPV: NO
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T s compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not li! mited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by g! enerators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
