Become a part of our international Operations department which is our eye and ear towards the customer. As a Customer Care Specialist (German-speaking) you make sure to provide the very best customer experience with PaulCamper by answering all customer requests which may appear during the booking, renting or payment process.
Tasks
- Provide excellent, personal support to our customers (renters and owners) with a focus on our German-speaking markets via phone and email
- Handle payment and insurance topics with the possibility of specializing in a topic and becoming a subject matter expert in a particular domain
- Collect and work on customer feedbacks to keep us a trusted and highly ranked service provider on platforms such as Trustpilot
- Be part of our in-house innovation process in close collaboration with our Product & UX team
- Ideally 1-2 years of practical work experience in customer support or other disciplines close to the customer (Account Management, (Inside) Sales, etc.), ideally in a fast-paced (and saisonal!) business
- Communicative and friendly team player who loves to work very close to the customer
- Exceptional customer- and service-orientation - our goal is to make our customers happy, this is the fuel of our daily work!
- High stress resilience (esp. during high season) and ability to prioritize your daily work
- Solution-oriented mindset with high adaptability and openess to change and new challenges
- Experienced in working with ticket systems (e.g. Zendesk)
- Affinity (or at least no fear of contact) for insurance topics and contract law
- Fluent German skills (oral and writing), good English, other European languages (esp. Spanish!) are a plus
- Last but not least: Pragmatic personality and a good dose of humor : )
