Human Resource Administrator/Assistant – Somerset West (5 MONTHS CONTRACT)
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years relevant HR experience
- 2 years administrative experience
- Gr.12 certificate with Mathematics/Accounting
- NQF level 6 National Diploma in HR/Industrial Psychology
- Computer literate, must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and in Afrikaans
- Good understand of BCEA and EEA
- Excellent organisation & coordination abilities
- Excellent communication & liaising abilities
- Excellent administrative abilities
Responsibilities include:
- 360 Recruitment cycle
- Draft employment offers and employment contracts
- Submit company IOD’s
- Maintain the HRIS excel sheet
- Create and maintain employment record PC files
- Create and maintain employment record hard copy files
- Maintain probation period records
- Coordinate and liaise new appointments and employment terminations to Payroll
- Archive employment terminations, PC, and hard copy files
- Report on Employment Turnover, Mid-month, and End of month (every month)
- Draft employment documentation:
- Permanent appointments
- Salary adjustments
- Promotions
- Demotions
- Draft disciplinary procedure documentation: Warnings etc.
- Manage attendance administration of 10 branches
- Manage weekly leave administration process for the HQ branch
- Report monthly salary information to Payroll
- Audit and scan-mail monthly attendance register book pages of HQ branch
- Coordinate traffic violation fine payments and salary deductions
- Assist HR Manager with general HR administration
- Ad hoc HR related administrative/secretarial tasks
Working Hours:
· Monday to Friday: 7h30 to 17h00
