Your role is about:
  • Training and developing new staff.
  • Maximising sales opportunities through excellent customer service and selling
  • Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' home furnishing needs
  • Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships to close more sales
