The Marketing Manager Neurology is responsible together with the Business Unit Director and the Nordic Sales Manager for the area of NeurologyThe role reports directly to BUD Neurology and is part of the Leadership Team for Neurology together with the Nordic Sales Manager.
The Marketing Manager focuses on Existing Business and the principal duties and responsibilities below are related to the existing business of the Neurology Business Unit.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
Management
Lead, develop, and evaluate the employees in the Nordic Neurology Marketing Team.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the marketing strategy within the business area of neurology.
Lead, develop, and evaluate, together with relevant colleagues, the processes and ways-of-working within the business area of neurology, with a specific focus and ownership of the Nordic Neurology Marketing Team.
Lead, develop, and evaluate the current processes and set-up within the marketing team focusing on existing business.
Business Strategy and Development
Strategically and operationally responsible for the marketing team and together with BUD and SM drive sales and business development within the Neurology business area.
Responsible for planning, control, and follow-up of the marketing work in the business area.
Partly responsible to optimize the deals for the existing portfolio, the marketing strategies used, and the operations within the marketing team. This includes vendor selections and evaluations.
Partly responsible for the identification of new potential products and solutions that can add value to the business area.
Responsible as final reviewer for the marketing materials produced.
Partnering with the Sales manager and Sales teams to provide strategic direction and ensure coherence of marketing tactics, key messages, and strategies across the Nordics.
Internal and External Cross-Functional Collaboration
Developing effective and constructive working relationships throughout the team, the company, and with the suppliers.
Responsible for establishing successful collaboration and partnerships within the cluster and Air Liquide.
Responsible for the marketing communication with existing suppliers.
Financial Management
Responsible for the Existing Business marketing budget of the Neurology Business Unit.
Communication
Ensuring effective engagement with relevant internal and external key stakeholders.
Achieving a best-in-class customer experience with significant dedicated time for regular interactions with customers to receive first hand feedback on marketing strategies and tactics.
Establishing knowledge and regular customer interaction to understand key pain-points and opportunities, as to create value for the Neurology Business Unit.

Education
BSC within health or Business
Experience and knowledge
Experience 5-10 years from commercial leadership positions within pharma
People management + 5 years
Sales and/or marketing experience + 10 years
Fluent in at least one Nordic language
Proficiency in business English in both writing and speaking
