Customer Service Executive (AML) [Pakistan]


 

  • Handle Customer inquiries/queries.
  • Forward the queries/inquiries to the concerned team.
  • Timely respond to customer`s i.e inquiry status, pending queries etc etc.
  • Handle & resolved the customer`s complaints in a timely manner.
  • Improve the services & maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • CS Executive Officer: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Urdu & English (Preferred)
