- Handle Customer inquiries/queries.
- Forward the queries/inquiries to the concerned team.
- Timely respond to customer`s i.e inquiry status, pending queries etc etc.
- Handle & resolved the customer`s complaints in a timely manner.
- Improve the services & maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- CS Executive Officer: 2 years (Preferred)
