Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and managing a resi! dential closing office.
- Hires, supervises, trains and directs the development of all department escrow staff .
- Manages client relationships ; handles problems with clients. - Designs, implements and maintains procedures to fully meet the needs of the existing and potential customers including product strategies and goals; pricing recommendations and promotions.
- Makes independent business development calls.
- Trains and communicates with escrow staff on process issues and corporate initiatives.
- Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, monthly reports and performance requirements.
- Regularly interacts with senior management.
- Must be a Louisiana Notary Public
- Supervises Escrow staff with high degree of latitude and discretion.
- Has full accountability for HR actions.
- Strong Supervisory skills- Ability to coach, train and! motivate staff
- Takes responsibility for subordinates! ' activities

- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner- Strong Problem Solving skills

- Business acumen with the ability to work with cross functional departments
- Juris Doctor degree required.
- Four to six years of experience managing escrow relationships; a minimum of four years title company marketing/sales or escrow officer experience.
- Two to four years of supervisory experience, with specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas.
