The Facility Operations Manager leads, manages, executes and is accountable for the property management section of Security, Facilities / Engineering (land & water based) Environmental and Gr! ound Services; ensures the effective, efficient, safe and overall security, cleaning and maintenance of the assigned properties facilities and public; maintains assigned contracts and manages confidential information; provides administrative support to the higher level management staff; and performs related tasks within area of assignment.

Delivers superior internal and external guest service the Pinnacle Way by ensuring every interaction includes our PEAK Service Standards and work harmoniously with fellow team members.

Assumes management responsibility for management of the Security, Facilities / Engineering (land & water based) Environmental and Ground Services sections; ensures the effective, efficient, safe and overall security, cleaning and maintenance of the assigned properties facilities and p! ublic

Participates in long-term planning of facilitie! s expansion and modification to ensure the engineering requirements are satisfied within the overall management plan.

Inspects property utilities and equipment and takes action to correct problems in order to minimize potential for violations during on-site safety inspections by OSHA.

Coordinates security investigative efforts with outside law enforcement agencies to assure proper handling of civil violations of patrons or team members; may occasionally appear in court with corporate attorneys to assist in criminal justice proceedings.

Establishes implements and monitors emergency procedures to ensure prompt and safe handling of emergencies including fire, flood, bomb and other encountered threats.

Works with casino operation to design and conduct highly sensitive investigation in the facilitation of fact-finding probes into potentially illegal or inappropriate activities.

Established and maintains department objectives, standard! s, guidelines, budgets to achieve proper management and oversight of department and extended portfolio.

Coordinates statistical survey activities and reports in order to facilitate information for management; collects data and information through inspections and testing in order to file reports appropriate regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.

Actively builds and retains customer relations and acts as mentor to team members; provides superior customer service (internal/external) positively effects interactions with customers and team members, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with team members at all levels.

Makes recommendation in the development of gaming procedures and access to ensure management takes into consideration; enforcement, practicality from a security / surveillance and procedural perspective.

Provides expert ! observation, advice and support as necessary or required.

Plan! s, directs, coordinates and reviews the work for team members; assigns work activities, projects and programs; reviews and evaluates work products, methods and procedures; meets with team members to identify and resolve problems.

Selects, trains, motivates and evaluates team members; provides team member training; works with team members to correct deficiencies; implements discipline as appropriate.

Attends and participates in professional group meetings; maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of marketing and entertainment.

Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.

(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Protective Services or a closely related field, plus six (6) years of general engineering or security operations experience and/or through a minimum of ten (10) years progressive related experience to include tw! o (2) years supervisory experience in a management and/or administrative capacity.

Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment

Must successfully pass background check

Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening

Must be twenty-one (21) years of age

This position works in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the degree to which depends upon customer volume
