Receptionist Duties, including answering telephone, maintaining reception area and conference room and greeting clients
- Receives new orders and! opens new files in system, orders title work
- Remits title commitments and preliminary information to lenders
- Assists in ordering payoffs and insurance, as needed
- Assists Attorney during closings, making changes, producing/revising documents and cutting checks.
- Other duties, as assigned.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); working knowledge of computers, specifically word processing and ability to use a 10-key calculator; SoftPro knowledge a plus; organizational skills necessary; exceptional customer service is a must; willingness to be a team player; capable of working with little management supervision after training; previous experience with a title company a plus.
