• Baton Rouge, Louisiana

The Litigation Support Analyst will be responsible for collecting ESI, loading and maintaining litigation databases, conduc! ting and assisting with document reviews, training end users on database use and document management. The Litigation Support Analyst will work directly with attorneys, paralegals, and support groups in determining needs, recommending strategy and implementing solutions for case management and trial preparation.

Must have working knowledge ofthe litigation discovery process (e.g., Interrogatories, Depositions, Requests for Admissions, Request for Production of Documents etc). This person will also need to have a good understanding of Ediscovery guidelines and stay apprised of changing laws in that area. You will use Excel, Text Editors, Database Applications, Processing Tools, Conversion Tools and Various Software Programs (i.e., Case Logistix, Case Map, Case Notebook & Trial Director).

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate desired. Mininum of five years experience as a litigation support specialist or a paralegal in case management, large-scale docum! ent production, use of databases, and assistance with all stag! es of discovery and trial preparation.

Experience with Case Logistix, Summation, Trial Director, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and CaseMap products required.
