D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Branch Manager for their Title Department. The right candidate will be responsible for the following items in addition to other duties that may be assigned:
Developing and maintaining relationships with DR Horton teammates, DHI Mortgage teammates, local realtors, lender representatives and closing attorneys and notaries. Maintain and implement adherence to company policies and procedures and goals and state requirements. Recruit and terminate staff as necessary. Assist in escrow functions of the branch. Must become a licensed Louisiana title agent.
Education level: High school graduate or euivalent.
Pre! vious Work experience required:
Must have minimum 10 y! ears experience in the title industry.
Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities :
Softpro knowlede, previous managemet experience a plus, being a Louisiana notary a plus.
