Entering lease data on computer (Timberline system)
Reviewing and correcting reports
Adjusting charges, billing tenants
Real estate tax processing (appeals, payment & tenant billings)
Track tenant maintenance and repair
Obtaining bids, signing contracts, reviewing invoices
Meeting with prospective tenants
Checking credit history and references
Negotiating letters of intent
Negotiating and drafting leases
Lease renewals
Accommodate tenants moving in and moving out
Monthly review of all tenant receipts
Written and telephone collection efforts
Management of past-due balances
Supervision of attorneys hired to collect from tenants
Quarterly inspection and report on all local area properties
Semi-annual inspection and report on all Out of town properties
Let authorized representatives onto or into properties as needed
Interface with specialized leasing agents and out of town ! property managers
Help maintain marketing presence through! social media, website, etc.
MUST have previous experience in commercial real estate leasing
Lease negotiating skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Proactive personality/marketing mindset/social media
