Key Requirements
5 Years Continuous Improvement and Quality Engineering Background
Six Sigma Training â€" prefer a Green or Black Belt Certification
Strong Working Knowledge of SPC or Statistics
Analytical Support Experience
DMAIC is a huge PLUS
Cross Functional Teams
Generic Position Summary: Position is responsible for coordinating and directing operations and quality personnel to assure adherence with all aspects of a quality and Continuous improvement within the plants. Leads continuous process improvement projects by applying an organized problem solving plan using six sigma and lean tools, general statistical tools, and process control and capability analysis.
