Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Opening, maintaining, and closing client/matter files in accordance with office procedures
• Maintaining storage database, including database inventories, boxing and sending files to storage
• Indexing pleadings and discovery in Microsoft Word
• Organizing and maintaining the file room
• Working with files, boxes, written documents, or office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
• High School Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum accurate typing speed of 50 wpm
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, team orientation and professionalism
