Description: GCC Consulting is currently interviewing Litigation/Attorney/In House/New Orleans, Louisiana right now, this position will be placed in Louisiana. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Attorney The candidate will represent company in first-party claims and defend company in third-party claims in the Greater New Orleans area. Must be a member of the Louisiana Bar in good standing. Jury verdicts are required. Experience in Louisiana law is preferred. Should have 1-3 years experience in subrogation litigation, personal injury law and preferably insurance defense. Experience handling motor vehicle, PIP and subrogation cases is a plus. Computer skills are also required. Sho! uld have strong communication and MS Office skills.
