Boeing Poland is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to be located either in Rzeszow, Warsaw or Gdansk.

The successful candidate will be able to lead plans and schedules development and supports trade studies for support programs for multiple platforms and systems. Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification. Establishes leads and executes test plans and validates support requirements for product design.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute project plan.
  • Defines and documents project metrics.
  • Documents changes and adapts the plans.
  • Develops internal documentation and processes.
  • Providing education and coaching to other team members.
  • Developing and maintaining partnering relationships with program leaders, stakeholders, peers, partners.
  • Communicate and convey project status with stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • 4+ years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge Project management methods, waterfall and agile.
  • Proven record of project deliveries.
  • Experience in project scheduling.
  • Experience in Risk Management.
  • Experience with performing quantitative or statistical analysis, data collection, preparation and interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI, PMBOK, PMBP, etc).
  • Demonstrated high level of dependability, initiative, adaptability, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in work in multinational team.
  • Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English.
